Take a step back in time at the historic Eagle Tavern Museum c. 1801 and follow the footsteps of the great American leaders such as William Crawford and George Walton. Also, take a quick drive to one of the last all-wooden bridges in Georgia, the Elder Mill Covered Bridge built in 1897. You may also wish to tour our many historic places like the William Daniell House c. 1790 and Ashford Manor c. 1893.
